We stand behind every Grimm Grill mask with a 30-day money-back guarantee — with a few notes specific to our made-to-order production process.

Made-to-order items

Every mask is custom-molded and hand-finished after you order it, so we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse once production has started. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at support@grimmgrill.com within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to accommodate it before production begins.

Damaged or defective items

If your mask arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Fitment issues

If your mask doesn't fit your vehicle as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you on an exchange or refund — send us photos of your grille and the mask so we can make it right.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
