Once your Grimm Grill mask ships, we email you a tracking number with a direct link to the carrier's live tracking page — usually within 1-2 business days of placing your order, after the 10–14 business day production window.
How to track your package
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email titled "Your order has shipped."
- Click the tracking link inside — it goes straight to the carrier's tracking page.
- No email yet? Orders are custom made to order: allow 10–14 business days for production, then 3-5 business days for delivery across the continental US.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why hasn't my tracking status updated yet?
It can take 24–48 hours for carriers to scan your package into their system. If your status hasn't updated after 3 business days, please reach out to us.
My tracking says 'Delivered', but I haven't received it.
Please check your mailbox, front porch, or ask your neighbors first. Carriers sometimes scan items ahead of delivery.
